Acarkent is a settlement of detached villas in Beykoz, on the Asian side of the Bosphorus. Its houses, with generous floor areas, a close relationship with the garden and a build meant to last for decades, call for coherent and lasting interior solutions.

What shapes a villa interior in Acarkent?
- Transitions between garden, terrace, pool and interior; placing living spaces according to views and daylight
- Stairs, double-height spaces and circulation between floors in multi-storey villas
- Heating and cooling, lighting and smart-home infrastructure resolved together with the design, before execution

From survey to turnkey delivery
Survey and brief
We discuss daily routines, who will live in the house and expectations with the owner, and survey and measure the villa on site.
Concept design
2D layouts, 3D visuals and material selections set out the overall design of the space.
Construction drawings
Construction drawings, furniture details and material boards are prepared; scope and schedule are confirmed.
Production and execution
Site and workshop coordination follows the design; bespoke furniture is made for the project.
Turnkey delivery
Execution is completed and the villa is handed over ready to use.
