We are seeking an Interior Architect to actively participate across all interior design phases from concept development to execution detailing for luxury residences, villas, and commercial projects.
Responsibilities & Role Overview
- Lead concept design, 2D spatial layouts, and 3D modeling workflows
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, bespoke joinery details, and material boards
- Coordinate with site teams and workshops ensuring high-fidelity execution
- Prepare client design presentations and material selections
Key Qualifications
- Degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture
- 3-5+ years of studio experience in luxury residential and hospitality interiors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max / Corona or Rhino & Photoshop
- Strong technical knowledge of custom furniture, joinery detailing, and luxury finishes
- Impressive design portfolio showcasing refined aesthetic standards
