Hamm’s 800 m² flagship furniture store at Skyland in Seyrantepe: a glass façade, raised display islands, and concrete, wood and marble.
Hamm’s flagship store
Designed for Hamm at Skyland in Seyrantepe, Sarıyer, the 800 m² flagship store brings the brand’s furniture collections together under one roof. Completed in 2024, the store is organised as a series of spaces where visitors can experience seating, dining and living arrangements at their real scale.
Façade and first impression
A full-height glass façade and the illuminated Hamm sign make the interior visible like a shop window. Raw concrete columns and dark wood-clad surfaces form a strong backdrop to the light-floored display areas.
Raised display islands
Furniture groups are shown on raised, carpeted platforms edged with metal profiles. Each island reads as a room with its own backdrop of wood, marble or linear-patterned panels. In the Hamm Premium area, a dark wood wall, a veined marble slab and plants give the pieces a warmer setting.
Ceiling, light and materials
On the dark ceiling with exposed services, track spotlights pick out individual pieces, and suspended reflective panels break up the ceiling above some of the islands. Concrete, wood, marble and metal, together with the leather and fabric of the furniture, form a restrained and consistent palette.
